Delivery
Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 2 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss this with you.
Returns
Please contact us by e-mail to obtain a returns form and a returns number (RTN).
Package the goods in suitable packaging and mark the outer box clearly with your returns number (goods will not be accepted without a valid RTN)
Returns Policy
Customers must contact us before returning any goods. Damaged goods must be reported by phone on receipt. Customers must have a returns number before any goods can be returned. If you buy a product from us and it is not suitable, return it to us unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a replacement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods and their packaging are returned to us undamaged. Soiled or damaged goods returned for exchange may be rejected or subject to a refurbishment charge as appropriate.
Goods only with a valid returns number marked on the outer packing will be accepted. Non-faulty goods returned to us for refund will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, based upon the invoice value of the goods. Goods returned to us with items missing will be charged accordingly. Faulty Goods Goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase which are genuinely faulty will be replaced like for like upon return. Goods which develop faults after this period and within the remainder of the warranty period attaining to the goods, will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Please allow 21 days for the processing of faulty items which are reported faulty past 30 days after purchase.
Goods returned to us as faulty and are subsequently found to have no fault as reported will be returned to the customer with a minimum � 15 handling charge plus carriage charges as appropriate. Please ensure there is a genuine fault with the item before returning it to us!
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging charges are automatically calculated at the checkout. Our shopping system has been designed to keep customers informed of their order total at all times, including carriage costs. This information is available via the 'View Basket' option.
Carriage charges apply to UK destinations only. For all other delivery areas, a carriage surcharge may be chargeable. In these cases, we will contact you prior to processing your order for your approval of the revised charges.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and ncs-systems.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until ncs-systems.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched your product. The sale and supply of goods to a third party by ncs-systems.co.uk is completely at the discretion of ncs-systems.co.uk, who expressly reserve the right to refrain from the sale of such goods where an infringement of terms or a conflict of interests may be deemed to exist.
