Tracker Reporter was developed for fleet operators wanting a low-cost Vehicle Asset Management System, offering a comprehensive tracking and reporting package.
Our Tracker Reporter Fleet Management System enables the Operator to access essential fleet data 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, utilising the latest in GPS fleet tracking combined with accurate event recording.
Information recorded by the Tracker Reporter includes the geographical position of a vehicle, vehicle speed and time recording. These factors are automatically recorded every time a vehicle starts or stops, at every pre-set distance interval and journey duration period. The system also records 'Over Speed' events - for cars and light commercial vehicles, this is set at 72 MPH.
Obtaining your required fleet management information is simply achieved via the Internet, where each client has a pre-selected user-name and password to access their own secured area.
Tracker Reporter Fleet Management System now utilises the very latest GPRS technology, offering automatic vehicle activity reporting at regular 5-minute intervals. This is all-inclusive in a monthly subscription charge of £ 13-95 plus V.A.T.
Our Tracker Reporter package also offers access to a wide range of statistic reports that can be reviewed at any time across any date span using information provided by the Fleet Management System. These include Stop/Start Reports, Time Sheets and Distance Summaries to list a few.
Vehicle positions provided by state of the art GPS Fleet Tracking are represented on a comprehensive, variable scale map. Scale options range from a countrywide overview, all the way down to street level. A full range of facility location tools and route planning information is also available on the Fleet Management software website, including a new 'Nearest To...' function which can inform the user of the distances of vehicles from any particular postcode - invaluable for diverting a vehicle to a new job.
The system can also be tailored to include Driver ID logging - providing an accurate recorded of which driver uses a vehicle, where and when. An auxiliary input can also be added to each Reporter; for example, if you would like to have a record of every time a vehicle storage compartment is accessed - this can record where the vehicle was and at what time the compartment was opened and closed. If vehicles are to be used for company and private use, a Privacy button can be installed if required. Press the button at the beginning of a journey and the system will not record activity details.
